KashePay is a digital commerce ecosystem operated in partnership with OmniBSIC Bank. This policy covers all KashePay products, including KasheSafe escrow, the KashePay wallet, the marketplace, KasheXpress, and business tools.

We collect information you provide directly, information generated as you use our products, and information from our banking and verification partners:

• Account details — name, phone number, email address, date of birth, and address.
• Identity verification (KYC) — government-issued ID, selfie, and related documents required by our banking partner.
• Transaction data — deposits, releases, disputes, counterparties, and delivery confirmations.
• Device and usage data — device type, IP address, app interactions, and diagnostic logs.

• To operate KasheSafe escrow, process payments, and settle transactions.
• To verify your identity and comply with financial regulations (KYC / AML).
• To detect and prevent fraud using KasheShield AI risk monitoring.
• To provide customer support and resolve disputes fairly.
• To improve our products and communicate service updates.

We do not sell your personal information. We share limited data with:

• OmniBSIC Bank — our regulated banking partner that holds escrow funds.
• Verification and compliance providers — to confirm identity and screen for fraud.
• Counterparties in a transaction — the minimum needed to complete a deal (e.g., name and delivery details).
• Regulators and law enforcement — where required by law.

We keep account and transaction records for as long as required by financial regulations in the jurisdictions where we operate. When retention is no longer required, data is securely deleted or anonymized.

We apply bank-grade security controls including encryption in transit, access controls, and continuous monitoring. No system is perfectly secure, so we also rely on KasheShield AI and manual review to detect unusual activity.
