Frequently asked questions

What is KashePay?+

KashePay is Africa's trusted digital commerce ecosystem — payments, escrow, marketplace, and AI protection — built in partnership with OmniBSIC Bank.

What is KasheSafe?+

KasheSafe is our bank-grade escrow product. Buyers deposit funds into a licensed escrow account; sellers only get paid once the buyer confirms delivery.

Is my money safe?+

Funds are held in a regulated escrow account with OmniBSIC Bank, our licensed banking partner. Money is only released when both parties agree, or after a fair dispute review.

How much does it cost?+

Fees depend on the product and transaction size. See the KasheSafe fees page for the full, transparent breakdown — no hidden charges.

Do I need to verify my identity?+

Yes. All users complete a quick KYC check. Verification protects everyone in the ecosystem and unlocks higher transaction limits.

What happens if there's a dispute?+

Funds stay locked in escrow while our team reviews evidence from both sides. We resolve disputes fairly based on the facts and delivery status.

Which countries do you support?+

We're launching first in Ghana, with Nigeria and Kenya next. Cross-border features roll out progressively.

How do I contact support?+

Reach us at support@kashepay.com or through the in-app help center. We aim to respond within one business day.
